terms of service

moreback is a link-in-bio commerce service. by using it you agree to shop through partner brands as you normally would; commissions the brands pay are split between you, the creators you support, and moreback.

these terms are for fans. creators additionally agree to the creator agreement.

using the service

you're responsible for the accuracy of the account and payout details you provide. how we handle misuse is set out under fair use & fraud below.

payments

cashback and creator earnings accrue as pending, confirm after each brand's return window, and are paid monthly. figures come from an append-only ledger.

your balance

your balance is an accrued reward entitlement — a record of rewards you've earned — not stored value, e-money, or a deposit. it earns no interest, isn't a claim on a held sum, and is redeemable only through the payout methods below. we withhold or reverse rewards only as set out under fair use & fraud.

it is non-transferable: you can't send, assign, or move your balance to another moreback user.

choosing “give it to your creator” means you waive your reward entitlement for that cycle; moreback then increases that creator's reward by the same amount. it is not a payment or transfer of your funds to the creator — nothing moves between users.

fair use & fraud

to keep rewards honest, you agree not to: open more than one account; register email addresses you don't control; place, arrange, or return orders in order to generate rewards; or otherwise manipulate how rewards are earned.

if we're looking into a concern, we may suspend your account or pause payouts while we investigate. suspension is temporary and reversible, and doesn't mean we've decided you did anything wrong.

we only forfeit rewards that arose from the prohibited activity above — your legitimate rewards are never affected. before any final forfeiture we will tell you, explain the reason, and give you 14 days to respond.
