creator agreement

this agreement is between moreback and you, operating as a business (a creator). it is separate from the fan terms, which are consumer terms. by creating a page you agree to it.

your circle & rewards

you curate the brands shown on your page. when a fan who supports you shops at a partner, you earn a share of the commission moreback receives (post network/aggregator cuts). rewards accrue in an append-only ledger and are paid on the payout schedule.

clawback

because this is a business arrangement, moreback may withhold, reverse, or reclaim creator rewards that arise from invalid, reversed, refunded, fraudulent, or non-compliant activity — including self-referral, incentivised, bot, or misattributed traffic, or breach of a brand's or affiliate network's terms — without the consumer-law limits that apply to fans. this may include rewards already paid.

suspension & termination

moreback may suspend or end your circle for breach of this agreement, suspected fraud, or a brand or network requirement. your handle is not transferable.

data

moreback and partner brands each act as independent controllers of the data they hold; matching uses a one-way email hash. this is a controller-to-controller arrangement, not processing on your behalf.

changes

this agreement will be finalised with counsel before general availability. this pilot version is provided as-is.
